Woven Fishbone Laminate Flooring is produced at our Shandong plant on a 12 mm high-density fibreboard (HDF) core, in a 1230 × 407 mm plank size with a click locking system. Every production batch is tested for core density and moisture content before lamination, and the wear layer can be specified from AC0 to AC4 depending on traffic level. Minimum order quantity is 1 × 20GP container (500 ㎡ per colour), delivery runs 30–35 days after deposit confirmation, and free samples are available for evaluation before you commit.
The surface is not a flat printed decor. The decorative paper is registered to a matched EIR steel plate, so the printed grain sits in line with the physical relief pressed into the board. You can see this in the way light moves across the plank: the spiral weave pattern catches shadow on the raised grain instead of reading as a flat image.
For buyers comparing suppliers, this is a practical difference. A flat-print laminate and an EIR laminate can use the same decor paper, but only the EIR version reproduces the depth of the two-colour weave. This product is made in our own factory in Kenli District, Dongying, Shandong. The checks below run on every batch, not on a sample order only.
Core density and moisture content are measured before the board enters lamination. Inconsistent moisture is the main cause of edge swelling after a long sea freight, so this step is done per batch.
Decorative paper and the abrasion layer are bonded to the HDF core under heat and pressure, with the EIR plate registering the relief to the print.
Boards are cut to 1230 × 407 mm, then grooved and milled to form the click profile. Profile fit is checked so the joint closes by hand on site.
Surface finish, pattern alignment and plank dimensions are checked before the boards are cleaned, protected and packed into neutral export cartons.
We also recommend a locking installation system with a base pad for this plank. It is not a sales add-on: a 12 mm HDF plank over a firm, level subfloor with a suitable underlay keeps the click joint under even load, which is what protects the profile over years of use.

The woven fishbone pattern is a layout-heavy floor: it draws attention, so it suits spaces where the floor is allowed to be a design element rather than a neutral background. Wear layer choice should follow traffic, not the pattern.

The HDF core is tested for moisture content before lamination, and the click joint limits surface water from reaching the core. It is not a substitute for a waterproof floor in bathrooms — for wet areas compare our waterproof indoor laminate or SPC range before specifying.
