We are the manufacturer. Our factory is in Dongying City, Shandong Province, and we have produced flooring for more than 15 years. Our export department was set up in 2017. See the factory on our About page.

200 meters south of Wuyi Village, Xinglong Subdistrict Office, Kenli District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, China. The area is in the Economic and Technological Development Zone, close to Dongying Railway Station and Shengli Airport.

500 m² per color for standard colors. For a new color or a new surface that needs a printing plate or tooling, MOQ is confirmed case by case because of the setup cost.

Standard color samples are free. The buyer pays the courier fee. Sample lead time is 3–5 working days. For a custom sample with your own surface or logo, please ask for the tooling cost first.

Around 20 days for regular orders after deposit and artwork confirmation. Custom colors, new tooling or peak-season orders can take longer, and the exact date is written into the PI before you pay the deposit.

30% deposit when placing the order, and the balance before shipment. Payment is by T/T. Other terms can be discussed for repeat orders.

Yes. We print your brand logo, product name, barcode and shipping marks on the carton. Send the artwork file and we return a print proof for approval before mass production.

Yes. We welcome buyers with a real project or order under discussion. Please send the visit date a few days in advance so we can arrange the production line you want to see and the sample room.

We do not send installers on site. We provide an installation manual and video for click-lock and glue-down systems, and our sales team can answer technical questions during installation. For large projects we can recommend a local installer if we know one in your market.

Our main markets are Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South America and Southeast Asia. We also ship to other regions. If you are new to importing flooring, tell us your port and we will confirm the shipping route and lead time before you book.

Click-lock SPC and LVT are installed on a flat, clean, dry subfloor, with an expansion gap at the wall. We send the installation guide and video with the shipping documents. If your site has underfloor heating or high moisture, tell us before order so we can recommend the right underlayment.

T/T is our standard method. L/C and other terms can be discussed for larger or repeat orders.
