MINGZUN has been running laminate flooring lines at our Dongying factory in Shandong since 2009. We currently operate 4 HDF lines and 2 MDF lines, with a monthly output of roughly 400,000 m² — mainly AC3 and AC4 products for importers, flooring wholesalers and DIY retail brands in 40+ countries.

We don't buy cores from traders. Our HDF comes off our own press at 860–880 kg/m³ — that density is what makes a plank feel solid underfoot and hold its click profile after years of seasonal movement.
Every export batch goes through abrasion (EN 13329), thickness swell, formaldehyde, and dimensional stability testing. Reports are attached to the shipping documents — you don't have to ask twice.
Precision-milled click profiles with 0.1mm tolerance. Installation time drops roughly 40% versus glue-down, and floors stay tight on underfloor heating up to 27°C surface temperature.
All lines run E1 by default. CARB Phase 2, EPA TSCA Title VI and E0 are available — FSC® certified wood source can be arranged with a 30-day lead time.
We sell direct. On comparable specs our FOB price usually runs 25–30% below European brands. On 8mm AC4, a 20ft container saves you meaningful freight versus 12mm.
20+ designs in stock ship in 15–20 days. Custom decor: 25–30 days after deposit. During Chinese New Year expect +2 weeks — we'll tell you upfront, not after you've paid.
