A rigid-core vinyl floor built for projects that specify a polished surface appearance together with a firm board structure. The core is Stone Polymer Composite; the surface is a UV-coated high-gloss finish available in four textures. Edge profiles run T-Groove, U-Groove or V-Groove. Optional IXPE foam backing is attached before packing where the installation calls for it. Manufactured by Shandong Mingzun New Material Co., Ltd. — Dongying, Shandong, ISO 45001:2018 certified. Request a sample and specification sheet.
A 3.5 mm board and an 8 mm board should not be treated as interchangeable products simply because they have the same surface appearance. The difference between the available configurations is the combination of thickness, surface finish, wear layer, edge profile and backing. The right specification is decided by the application, the expected traffic, the subfloor condition and the installation method — not by picking the thickness with the roundest number.
Final construction should be confirmed together with the backing and selected layers against order documents.
Every plank is engineered with five distinct layers — each one performing a defined function in the finished product.
Improves surface stain resistance, wear resistance, and ease of maintenance. This is the layer that reduces day-to-day cleaning effort on site.
Restores authentic colour and embossing depth while protecting the floor from scratches, scuffs and abrasion from foot traffic and furniture movement.
High-definition print film. The available pattern range covers wood grain, stone-look and solid-colour effects — selectable per project or OEM order.
Rigid stone polymer composite. Good dimensional stability under normal indoor conditions. Accommodates minor subfloor variation when installed on a properly prepared substrate.
Optional attached backing for additional cushioning and underfoot comfort. Specify it with the order; it is not applied to every configuration.

The available gloss level, texture and decorative appearance should be confirmed through a physical sample before order confirmation.
A high-gloss finish designed to create a bright, reflective surface. Suited to interiors where the floor is intended to reflect ambient light and read as a prominent visual element.
Subtle synchronized texture for a refined, polished appearance. The embossing follows the printed pattern without introducing the deeper relief of a wood-grain finish.
Natural wood-grain replication combined with a high-gloss sheen. The relief follows the printed wood grain, so the surface reads as polished timber rather than flat vinyl.
A lightly textured surface that combines visual detail with a more tactile finish. Suited where a completely smooth surface is not desired.
The edge detail determines the joint appearance between planks — confirm it with the sample, not just the name.
A classic straight-line groove. Produces a defined, squared joint appearance between planks — the most neutral of the three options.
A rounded, softer edge profile that adds visible dimension between planks. The joint reads as a designed line rather than a plain seam.
A bevelled edge that emphasises individual planks. Often specified where the look should resemble authentic hardwood boards with visible plank edges.
Indoor residential and commercial interiors. Wear layer and overall construction should be selected according to expected traffic and project requirements.
Living rooms and bedrooms. Brightens the space with a luminous, easy-to-clean surface. For homes, 4 – 6 mm with 0.3 mm wear layer is a common configuration.
Suited to offices and meeting rooms where durable, easy-to-maintain flooring is required under continuous daily use through the working week.
Combines the high-gloss decorative appearance with a rigid core suitable for guest rooms, corridors and hospitality interiors under regular foot traffic.
Eye-catching gloss surfaces that highlight merchandise displays. Retail projects usually specify higher wear layers for the entrance and display zones.
The rigid core masks minor subfloor irregularities, making the product suitable for fast renovation work where an existing hard floor is to be covered rather than removed.
Selected configurations are available with click-lock profiles for floating-floor applications. Confirm the locking system and installation method with the specification.
What the SPC construction actually delivers on site — and where the limits sit.
Export packaging and factory information — the parts of the order that matter after the specification is agreed.
Flooring is packed on reinforced wooden pallets, strapped with industrial-grade binding, and prepared for global container shipment.
Each pallet is labelled for easy inventory tracking on arrival. The pallet labelling layout can be adapted for OEM orders where the buyer has its own warehouse system.

Answers to the questions that come up most often during the specification stage.
The listed thickness options are 3.5 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm and 8 mm. The final construction should be confirmed together with the backing and other selected layers.
The available options include Crystal, Refine Emboss, Wooden Texture and Small Emboss. The actual gloss level, texture and decorative appearance should be confirmed through a physical sample before the order is placed.
We offer T-Groove, U-Groove and V-Groove options according to the selected product configuration. The profile affects the joint appearance between planks and should be confirmed with the sample.
Yes. Selected configurations can be supplied with an attached IXPE foam pad. The backing specification and total flooring thickness should be confirmed before production — the backing is not applied to every configuration by default.
Yes. It can be specified for offices, hotels, retail stores, showrooms and other commercial interiors. The wear layer and overall construction should be selected according to expected traffic and project requirements — the surface appearance alone is not the specification.
Yes. OEM and project orders can discuss surface patterns, colours, textures, thicknesses, edge profiles, backing, packaging and other available specifications. Send the target market and reference sample with your enquiry so we can confirm feasibility before quotation.
The smooth coated surface can be maintained through routine cleaning appropriate for resilient flooring. Cleaning chemicals and maintenance methods should follow the manufacturer's instructions, particularly for projects with specific cleaning requirements.
It depends on the existing floor. The substrate must meet the required conditions for flatness, cleanliness, moisture, structural integrity and installation compatibility. SPC flooring should not be used to conceal major subfloor defects.
Not necessarily. Thickness is only one part of the flooring construction. Wear layer, SPC core composition, surface finish, backing, click system and installation conditions also affect the final product performance. The right thickness is the one that matches the actual application.
Provide the required thickness, surface finish, wear layer, board size, edge profile, backing, quantity and destination market. For projects, include any required testing or compliance standards so the quotation can be based on the correct specification rather than adjusted afterwards.
