A diamond mosaic floor is normally assembled from hundreds of small parquet blocks cut and fitted on site. This product reaches the same visual result from 12 mm HDF planks with a registered decorative layer — no cutting, no inlay work during installation. Manufactured by Shandong MINGZUN New Materials Co., Ltd., founded in 2017, running two fully automatic laminate lines with an annual output of up to 3 million ㎡. Four functional layers. Each one has a job that shows up in the finished floor.
Traditional diamond parquet is assembled piece by piece on site. Here the mosaic effect comes from precisely registered decorative paper and a matched embossing plate. Adjacent click-locked panels align to form a continuous geometric pattern across the floor — the installer lays full planks the way they would with straight laminate, at comparable speed.
A transparent overlay with corundum (aluminium oxide) particles. This is the surface that takes foot traffic. The AC0–AC4 grade sets abrasion resistance and should be chosen against the actual traffic on site, not against the pattern.
The diamond mosaic design, printed at high resolution. On this product the paper is registered to a matched EIR steel plate, so the embossed grain follows the printed wood texture instead of drifting against it.
12 mm HDF. Density and moisture are tested per batch before lamination. The 12 mm core gives a firmer walking feel and better point-impact resistance than an 8 mm board, and holds the click profile under load.
A balancing paper on the underside offsets tension from the upper layers. Without it, the board tends to arch over a full heating season — this is what prevents warping across the service life.
Three decisions that affect the result more than the pattern itself.
This series is configured at AC4 as standard — commercial heavy-duty. It covers medium and high-traffic retail stores and long-term rental residences. AC3 is sufficient for bedrooms, living rooms and home offices where the floor is not walked on continuously. Under-specifying dulls the surface early; over-specifying pays for wear resistance the project will never use.
810 × 410 mm — laid in a repeating pattern, this format produces a continuous diamond rhythm across an open space. Most often ordered for large living rooms and exhibition halls. 600 × 600 mm — a square format that suits smaller rooms and fast renovation projects where cutting waste matters.
This series is fixed at 12 mm HDF. If a project needs noise reduction, a solid underfoot feel and strong anti-deformation, avoid 7 mm or 8 mm alternatives — the difference is audible and tactile, not just on the datasheet.
Indoor dry environments. Not for bathrooms, saunas, or outdoor areas.
The diamond layout gives the floor a parquet-style appearance while using a laminate structure and click-lock installation. It can be laid in living rooms, bedrooms, apartments, offices, retail stores, cafés, hotels, showrooms and commercial fit-out projects without adhesive in most applications.
Living rooms, bedrooms, apartments and renovation projects. The 600 × 600 mm format is often chosen where rooms are small and cutting waste needs to be kept down.
Offices, retail stores, cafés, and display spaces. Specify AC4 where the floor sees regular foot traffic through the working day.
Hotel rooms, showrooms and commercial interior fit-outs. Board size, surface finish, wear rating and packaging can be supplied per specification.

A good board installed badly will still fail. These points come up most often in after-sales enquiries.
The substrate must be clean, dry and level. Maximum height difference 2 mm over one meter. Uneven subfloors put stress on the click joints and shorten their service life.
Leave cartons unopened in the installation room for at least 48 hours before laying. The HDF core needs to reach moisture equilibrium with the room to limit dimensional movement after installation.
Maintain an 8–10 mm perimeter gap around walls, columns and door frames. Laminate expands and contracts with seasonal humidity; insufficient gap causes buckling.
A quality underlay improves walking comfort, reduces impact noise and compensates for minor irregularities. A moisture barrier is recommended when laying over a concrete substrate.
Open several cartons at once and mix boards from different cartons during installation. This distributes the decorative pattern evenly across the floor and avoids visible clustering.
Do not drag heavy furniture across the installed floor. Furniture pads under tables, chairs and cabinets reduce concentrated pressure and prevent surface scratches.
The product is designed for normal indoor humidity. Long-term standing water or excessive moisture should be avoided to maintain the stability of the HDF core.
Issued to the manufacturing entity. Certificate numbers can be verified with the issuing body on request.

01 Inspection before installation.Please check colour, finish, size and surface quality of all laminate flooring before installation. Any issue must be raised before installation. According to company policy, once the flooring is installed, no further complaints will be accepted.
02 Batch variation.Flooring is produced in batches; slight variations in colour and size may exist between different batches. Please verify the batch number and purchase the required quantity in a single order to maintain overall consistency.
03 Spacers and gaps.During installation, use floor spacers (crossbars) to maintain a gap of at least 2 mm between floorboards. This improves aesthetics, facilitates grouting, and absorbs minor dimensional deviations.
04 Professional installers.We recommend professional flooring installers. Our company is not responsible for damage to the flooring caused during installation.
The questions buyers ask most often before placing a container order.
We provide free flooring samples covering both sizes for testing and reference. Buyers only need to cover the international express freight. Technical parameter sheets and test reports can be sent together with the samples.
We are a manufacturer with a self-owned factory, complete automatic production lines and an independent R&D team. Customers are welcome to book a visit to the production and quality inspection workshops on site.
For standard in-stock specifications and grain colours, goods are delivered within 30 working days after the deposit arrives. Custom colours and packaging may extend this — we confirm the schedule in writing with the order.
We support T/T telegraphic transfer and irrevocable sight L/C issued by formal banks. The standard cooperation term is 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
Standard minimum order quantity is one full 20GP container. The matching quantity of each size inside the container can be customised according to project demand. Mixed loading with other laminate series is also negotiable.
The base ground must be flat, dry and clean. If height difference exceeds 2 mm per meter, self-leveling treatment is required before laying. A matching professional underlay is recommended for better long-term performance.
AC4 is the commercial heavy-duty wear rating, applicable to cafés, fashion boutiques, shared offices, long-term rental apartments, and other medium to high foot traffic indoor spaces.
810 × 410 mm rectangular boards form continuous repeating diamond patterns after integral paving — favoured by European clients for large open living rooms. 600 × 600 mm square boards are easier to construct and suit small rooms and quick renovation projects.
